Education and Training: 

I am a trained and certified Hypnotist and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner with Dr. Mike Mandel Hypnosis and NLP Canada. I am a Certified and active Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Board of Coaches and Hypnotists. I do annual continuing education to maintain my training at a high level. The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world and is the widely recognized credential for the professional practice of the hypnotic arts. I am a Certified Life Coach and Advanced Reconnective Healing Practitioner®.  I am a Certified Hypnosis Instructor with ICBCH (International Board of Coaches and Hypnotists). I created Move Your Mountain Program, and the IBD and IBS Symptom Relief Program and and have a book available on Amazon. I also speak at Hypnosis Conventions on various subject matters and available to be a speaker at events.

Hypnotism is a self-regulated profession and its practitioners are not licensed by state and/or provincial governments.  I am not a physician nor a licensed health care provider and may not provide a medical diagnosis nor recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments.  If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from a different practitioner, the client may seek such services at any time.  In the event my services are terminated by a client, the client has a right to coordinated transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has the right to refuse hypnotism services at any time. A client has a right to be free of physical, verbal or sexual abuse. A client has a right to know the expected duration of sessions, and may assert any right without retaliation. 

I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and International Board of Coaches and Hypnotists and practice in accordance with their Code of Ethics and Standards.  If you have a complaint about my services or behavioru that I cannot resolve for you personally, you may contact the National Guild of Hypnotists at P.O. Box 308, Merrimack, NH 03054-0308, (603)429-9438.  Every member of the National Guild of Hypnotists provides this information to every client to insure ethical practice. 

Fees:

The charge for my services are $333 for a one time session (first session for up to 2 hours).  You will be invoiced to pay for sessions up front prior to your visit.  If you want to book multiple session packages (based on the individual programs) you will be charged a program fee for the amount of sessions signed up for and paid up front (or a previously arranged payment option agreed upon by individual and coach). 

Attendance of session is essential.  Please value and prioritize your sessions.  Please provide 2 workdays notice by phone, email or text if you cannot attend your appointment.  Otherwise, you will forfeit your payment and/or session.  You will be given 30 days' notice if may fees change.  Please understand appointments end at an agreed time, or at my discretion, and full fee applies, even if you are late. 

Exposure:

I work both on line and in person.  An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any setting where more than one person is present.  My business follows all recommended precautions and rules regarding protecting public health.  However, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 or any similar illness should you visit in person rather than onliine. 

Confidentiality:  I will not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.  You have a right to be allowed access to my written record about you.  

Insurance:

I suggest you think of my services as something that you will pay for personally.  That will both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing more. In general, insurance companies do not like to cover hypnotic services, and I caution you not to expect them to do so. 

My approach: 

I prefer to have a FREE discussion with you by telephone or Video (Meets) first before starting any program with me and if I feel we need permission from your Health Care Provider we will need to wait for their direction. I will also provide information to your health care provider on my scope of practice and action plan if requested by your health care provider. 

In your first session we discuss your issues and agree on a shared action plan.  We discuss your goals and I provide you with Self-Help Techniques.  I help facilitate change, it is your responsibility to practice the Self-Help Techinques in order to create that change.  I use metaphors and teach you Self-Hypnosis to enhance your personal skills and assets.  

The services I render are held out to the public as a form of motivational coaching and using non-therpeutic hypnotism and intrusction in self- hypnosis.  I do not represent my services as any form of health care of psychotherapy, and despite research to the contrary, by law I may make no health benefit claims for my services.
